  一、工作原理磁悬浮鼓风机由高速电机直接驱动,由变频器来调速,利用主动式磁悬浮轴承系统,通过可控电磁力对内部转动的磁悬浮轴承进行无接触、无磨损的悬浮支撑,磁悬浮轴承与叶轮直接连接,传动零损失,以此达到成功输送气体而机器内部无磨损、低噪音、无需润滑等效果。磁悬浮轴承的功能是实现转轴悬浮。它通过内置的位置传感器检测转轴的位置信号,将此信号送入磁悬浮轴承控制器进行调理、运算和放大得到控制电流,再将该控制电流输入磁轴承,产生对转子可控的吸力,从而实现转轴的悬浮。同步永磁电机的功能是驱动转子轴的旋转。它通过变频电源产生频率可调的交变电流,将此交变电流输入电机定子即产生旋转磁场,带动转轴高速旋转。风机的功能是实现鼓风。随转轴一同做高速旋转的叶轮带动空气从涡壳的进气口进入,空气在蜗壳的导向与增压作用下成为具有一定流速与压力的气体,最后从涡壳的出气口鼓出,这就实现了风机的鼓风。

  1、 The working principle of the magnetic levitation blower is that it is directly driven by a high-speed motor and regulated by a frequency converter. It uses an active magnetic levitation bearing system to provide non-contact and wear-resistant suspension support for the internally rotating magnetic levitation bearings through controllable electromagnetic force. The magnetic levitation bearings are directly connected to the impeller, achieving zero transmission loss and successfully conveying gas without wear, low noise, and lubrication inside the machine. The function of magnetic levitation bearings is to achieve shaft suspension. It detects the position signal of the shaft through the built-in position sensor, sends this signal to the magnetic levitation bearing controller for conditioning, calculation, and amplification to obtain the control current, and then inputs the control current into the magnetic bearing to generate controllable suction force on the rotor, thereby achieving the suspension of the shaft. The function of a synchronous permanent magnet motor is to drive the rotation of the rotor shaft. It generates an adjustable frequency alternating current through a variable frequency power supply, and inputs this alternating current into the motor stator to generate a rotating magnetic field, driving the shaft to rotate at high speed. The function of a fan is to achieve air blowing. The impeller, which rotates at high speed along with the shaft, drives air to enter from the inlet of the volute. Under the guidance and pressurization of the volute, the air becomes a gas with a certain velocity and pressure, and finally blows out from the outlet of the volute, achieving the blowing of the fan.

  二、主要部件及结构主要部件包括高速离心叶轮、磁悬浮轴承、永磁同步电机和专用变频器四部分。该类风机采用一体化设计,其高速电机、变频器、磁悬浮轴承和微处理控制盘等均采用一体设计和集成,其核心是磁悬浮轴承和永磁电机技术。

  (3)磁悬浮轴承。通过可控的电磁吸力使转轴稳定地悬浮,在旋转过程中转轴不受任何机械阻力,因此效率高、无磨损、无需维护、无需润滑油、输出的空气也绝不含油。
