花板上的圆孔以定滤袋，孔之中间去过小，必时除尘器内之版风速(即常言之灌口风速)高，阻力增，清时难粉尘沉灰;或有可使除尘滤袋向龌龊，短滤袋之用命，故须理而定滤袋中间去尺寸。

单机布袋除尘器潮湿的注意事项：

Precautions for single machine bag dust collector to solve dampness:

1、慎用除尘布袋：应选用不易粘糊的光面除尘布袋，如光面涤纶滤料729、针/刺毡除尘布袋等等;

2、较短的清灰周期：清灰周期短，有利于及时去除布袋表面石灰粉尘，减少粘结可能;

4、较低的过滤风速：过滤风速较高，将迫使微细石灰粉进入内曲折微孔中发生堵塞，反吹清灰不利时候，长期停留于布袋内部而形成粘接物堵塞滤孔，而采用低过滤风速，可避免上述弊病;

4. Lower filtration wind speed: When the filtration wind speed is higher, it will force fine lime powder to enter the internal winding micropores and cause blockage. When reverse blowing is not conducive to cleaning, it will stay inside the bag for a long time and form adhesive to block the filter holes. 5、足够的清灰反吹能力：用反吹风清灰，可将进入滤料中的石灰风尘清洗出来，而足够的压力，有利于较清洗滤料中的粉尘。

5. Sufficient cleaning and backwashing ability: By using backwashing air to clean the ash, the lime dust entering the filter material can be cleaned out, and sufficient pressure is conducive to cleaning the dust in the filter material.
