仓顶除尘器正确选型以及选型考虑因素

1.处理风量(Q)

1. Processing air volume (Q)

合理的选择处理风量常常是根据工艺情况和经验来决定的。所以我们要选择对此工况比较熟悉了解以及有着多年丰富经验的厂家。

The reasonable selection of processing air volume is often determined based on process conditions and experience. So we should choose manufacturers who are familiar with and have years of rich experience in this working condition.

(1)根据风量设计或选择袋式除尘器时,一般不能使除尘器在超过规定风量的情况下运行,否则,滤袋容易堵塞,寿命缩短,压力损失大幅度上升,除尘效率也要降低;

(1) When designing or selecting a bag filter based on air volume, it is generally not advisable to operate the filter beyond the specified air volume. Otherwise, the filter bag is prone to clogging, shortened lifespan, significantly increased pressure loss, and reduced dust removal efficiency;

(2)但也不能将风量选的过大,否则增加设备投资和占地面积。

2.入口含尘浓度

即入口粉尘浓度,这是由扬尘点的工艺所决定的。而入口含尘浓度又影响着以下因素:

The concentration of dust at the inlet is determined by the process of the dust point. The concentration of dust at the inlet also affects the following factors:

(1)其腐蚀性和磨损量可以认为与含尘浓度成正比

(1) Its corrosiveness and wear can be considered directly proportional to the dust concentration

(2)入口浓度增大,同一过滤面积上积灰速度快,压力损失随之增加,结果是不得不增加清灰次数。

(2) As the inlet concentration increases, the speed of ash accumulation on the same filtration area increases, and the pressure loss increases accordingly. As a result, it is necessary to increase the number of ash cleaning times.

(3)根据浓度大小看是否有必要在除尘器入口处前再增加一级除尘设备

(3) It is necessary to add another level of dust removal equipment before the inlet of the dust collector based on the concentration level

(4)入口浓度大的不宜采用正压操作方式,这目的是为了减少风机的磨损。

3.出口浓度。

3. Export concentration.

袋式除尘器的出口浓度一般排放浓度都能达到50 g/Nm3以下,甚可以达到30 g/Nm3,能很好的达到的排放浓度标准。

The outlet concentration of bag filters can generally reach below 50 g/Nm3, and even up to 30 g/Nm3, which can well meet the national environmental emission concentration standards.

4.使用温度。

4. Use temperature.

对袋式除尘器来说,使用温度与除尘效率关系并不明显。

For bag filters, the relationship between operating temperature and dust removal efficiency is not significant.

(1)由于玻纤滤料的大量选用,其高使用温度可达280℃,对高于这一温度的气体必须采取降温措施。

(1) Due to the extensive use of fiberglass filter materials, their high operating temperature can reach 280 ℃, and cooling measures must be taken for gases above this temperature.

(2)对低于露点温度的气体必须采取提温措施。

(2) Heating measures must be taken for gases below the dew point temperature.

5.过滤速度。

5. Filtering speed.

一般情况下,袋式除尘器过滤面积确定了,那么其处理风量的大小就取决于过滤速度的选定,公式为: Q = v × s × 60 (m3/h) 式中: Q — 处理风量 v — 过滤风速(m/min) s — 总过滤面积(m2) 注明: 过滤面积(m2)=处理风量(m3/h)/(过滤速度(m/min)x60)

In general, if the filtering area of a bag filter is determined, the size of its processing air volume depends on the selection of filtering speed, and the formula is: Q=v ×  S ×  In the 60 (m3/h) formula: Q - processing air volume v - filtering air speed (m/min) s - total filtering area (m2), indicate: filtering area (m2)=processing air volume (m3/h)/(filtering speed (m/min) x 60)
