仓顶除尘器把扬尘吸入箱体底部,通过滤袋进行过滤,过滤后的空气被风机排向室外,而粉尘则被滤袋截留,当粉尘在滤袋外表面形成粉层后,定时抖动滤让表面的粉层降落在除尘器下方的料仓内。

仓顶除尘器工作时,含尘气体由下部敞开式法兰进入过滤室,较粗颗粒直接落入灰仓,含尘气体经滤袋过滤,粉尘阻留于袋表,净气经袋口到净气室,由风机排入大气。当滤袋外表的粉尘不时增加,除尘控制仪开启工作,逐一开启脉冲阀,使紧缩空气经过喷口对滤袋停止喷吹清灰,使滤袋忽然收缩,在反向气流的作用下,赋予袋表的粉尘疾速脱离滤袋落入灰仓,粉尘由卸灰阀排出。利用高速喷射气流通过滤袋顶时,吹向滤袋内部,形成空气波,使滤袋由上向下产生急剧的膨胀和冲击振动,产生有力的的清落粉尘的作用。脉冲清灰作用较强,清灰效果较好,可提高过滤风速。脉冲清灰是目前清灰效果比较好的清灰方式。

Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve. When high-speed jet airflow passes through the top of the filter bag, it blows towards the inside of the filter bag, forming an air wave that causes the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate from top to bottom, producing a powerful effect on dust removal. The pulse cleaning effect is strong, and the cleaning effect is good, which can improve the filtering wind speed. Pulse cleaning is currently the most effective cleaning method for dust removal.
