The porous plates inside the entire fluidized bed are arranged at a certain slope (4% -10%). The fly ash enters the combined pump through the separator, and then enters the fluidized bin through the combined pump. The feeding equipment is added to the breathable layer of the feeding port of the upper shell. The air enters the lower shell through the fluidized bed and passes through the breathable layer along the fluidized bed to fluidize the fly ash. The positive pressure generated by the air compressor or Roots blower enters the conveying machinery to deliver or enter the positive pressure conveying equipment. Through the feeding pipeline, the material is sent to the bulk material warehouse (warehouse). And clean air is discharged from the upper part of the separator through the exhaust duct, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port of the Roots blower (vacuum pump).
